was ranked 35 out of 500 companies on the list due in part to
their substantial increase in sales from 1995 to 1999 of
3,907%. The annual ranking of the Inc. 500 is a comprehensive
guide to America's fastest-growing private companies and it
highlights companies and CEOs who are influencing the
landscape of American business today. To be eligible for the
Inc. 500, companies have to be independent and privately held
through 1999, have at least $200,000 in sales in the base
year, 1995, and their 1999 sales must have exceeded their 1998
sales. The ranking is based on the percentage increase in
sales form 1995 through 1999. |

Localbusiness.com for the 4th quarter of 2000. Rapid Link
received this honor due to the company's successful execution
of enhanced services utilizing the latest technology, their
unique business model and their ability to evolve with the
changing telecommunications marketplace. The '50 to Watch'
list consists of the 50 most newsworthy emerging private and
public small to medium cap companies in the 27 markets that

Award' at Internet Telephony Conference and Expo

Rapid Link
received this prestigious award for its continued outstanding
contributions to the Internet telephony industry. Recipients
of the Best of Show award were among the exhibitors at the
2000 Internet Telephony Conference and Expo in San Diego.
Winners were judged by and chosen by the editors from the
Technology Marketing Association (TMC) magazines, which
include Internet Telephony, Communications Solutions, and
Communications ASP magazines. The exhibitors were selected
based on the following criteria: product innovations
demonstrated at the show, forward-looking products that will
aid in the development of the next-generation of Internet
telephony products and services, or overall contributions to
the Internet Telephony industry. |

Rapid Link
received the award for being the 20th fastest growing
privately held company in Atlanta as part of the 2000
Pacesetter Awards given by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. The
awards were given to the top 50 fastest growing privately held
companies in Atlanta. To qualify, a company must be
headquartered in Atlanta, have generated revenue between $1
million and $300 million, and have a two-year growth in sales
of more than 50 percent. Rapid had a 118 percent increase in
revenue from 1997 to 1999. The company's growth over the
two-year period was due to the expansion of its network and
global operations in Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Germany, and the
Czech Republic, the increase of sales in key Asian and
European markets, numerous strategic alliances with
international telcos, and successful fund-raising efforts.

has been listed as one of the "Top 25" in Georgia for 1999
venture capital-backed deals by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.
PricewaterhouseCoopers tracks data regarding equity investment
deals on a quarterly basis in the MoneyTree survey and the
Atlanta Business Chronicle, publisher of the "Top 25" Book of
Lists. Rapid Link tied for 19th place on the "Top 25" list
with a $10 million equity investment from Vaxa Capital
Partners, LP in the fourth quarter of 1999.
